'Bulgaria in Our Eyes'
Please, welcome to the Private View for the Exhibition 'Bulgaria in Our Eyes', which will take place in The Sofia Gallery at the Bulgarian Embassy, on the 16th June from 6-9 pm.

This in an exhibition by Art students from UEL conceived and arranged by a group of students, being the first exhibition of a wider project called The World in Our Eyes, which features work by University of East London Students in embassies across London.
Artist Susan Stockwell has just returned from exhibiting at the Sofia Biennale, (National Art Museum in Sofia, Bulgaria,) she and 5 other acclaimed artists will be exhibiting in support of the students' work and they are:

Creative Futures?
Exploring the creative & media arts in the University and beyond
Thursday 2nd June, 9.30-5pm
Creative Futures Conference brought together academics, students, policy makers and practitioners to consider the future for media and creative arts education.
Second year students Philippa Edwards, Valeriya N-Georg and Julie North has been invited to talk about their experiences of setting up off campus art exhibitions and how this developing their skills for their chosen careers.
Keynotes speakers included Professor Nick Couldry (Goldsmiths College), Marc Isaacs ( filmmaker; All White in Barking, Travellers) and John Newbigin (Chairman of Creative England).
